I am a licensed real estate sales agent and broker. I’m honored to serve the greater Houston area including Sugar Land, Richmond, Rosenberg, Katy, and Pearland.

Family
My source of happiness is my three wonderful children and my beloved pets.
My background
Before 1996
Teaching in Taiwan
Taught English for six years at Providence University in Taichung, Taiwan.
1996
Moved to the United States
Moved from Taiwan to Brooklyn, New York, and lived there for a year.
1997
Home in Sugar Land
Moved to Sugar Land, Texas in the summer, and purchased my first property that November, where I still reside today.
1998
Licensed REALTOR®
Started as an assistant to a real estate broker in July, and became a licensed REALTOR® by December.
2005
Broker's license
Received my Texas real estate broker's license.
2006
Joined Keller Williams
Joined Keller Williams, where I continue to practice today with Keller Williams Realty Southwest.
Today
Certified Property Manager
Hold the CPM® designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management, and lead Ambassador Management Group, LLC.
