I am a licensed Houston Real Estate sales agent and broker. I’m honored to serve the greater Houston area including Sugar Land, Richmond, Rosenberg, Katy, and Pearland.

I know the Houston Real Estate market well because I have enjoyed living in this amazing area since 1997.

Each of my clients are a blessing from God! And I thank God for blessing me through you!

For me, my client’s priorities exceed mine. I help them reach their goal to purchase or sell their home and build a bridge to a new beginning of their lives.  I treasure my clients and truly believe that they are God’s blessings to me.

Background

Before I entered the Houston Real Estate Industry, I taught English for six years at Providence University in Taichung, Taiwan.

In 1996, I moved from Taiwan to Brooklyn, New York. I lived there for a year then moved to Sugar Land, Texas in the summer of 1997.

I purchased my first property, where I still reside, in November of 1997. In July of 1998, I started working as an assistant to a real estate broker, and by December 1998, I was a licensed Realtor.

In November of 2005, I received my real estate broker’s license, and in 2006, I joined Keller Williams.

After I purchased my house in 1997, my real estate agent started approaching me with the idea of working in real estate. Before I really thought about it, I started my job as an assistant to a broker on July 1, 1998. By the end of the same year, I became a licensed real estate agent.  The more I know about this business, the more I want to learn. I took almost all classes they offered at HAR and obtained my broker’s license in 2005. Working with an individual broker for 8 years, I really desired a good training system and supporting company. On Jan. 27, 2006, I signed up with Keller Williams Realty. It is such a milestone to my career and I am glad I made the right choice.

Family

My three wonderful children, my families in Taiwan and Japan, my beloved pet are my root, my big why, and my source of happiness. 

Personal Interests

I have a wide variety of interests ranging from Zumba to Bird-watching (on Pinterest). They provide the balance I need to bring my best heart and mind into my service for my customers. I love Pinterest and Social Media, they provide a wonderful outlet to new and interesting information in art and literature and allow me to stay connected to family, friends, and clients.
